The breakfast had a vast choice of food and beverages, a real plus! the staff were friendly too. they helped with the coffee machine and pancake maker. we were allowed to leave our bags in the luggage room early. It helped a lot on check-in day.
the room window couldn't open at all! the air inside wasn't fresh. this could be really bad for people with allergies. the area around the hotel felt a bit dodgy, and i saw homeless people sleeping on mattresses.

The breakfast had a lot of options to choose from and a nice atmosphere. a metro station is close. It allows reaching the city center in 20 minutes. the neighborhood seemed active and safe even late at night.
The air conditioning barely worked. The room was very hot. the hotel rooms had no drawers for personal items. noise from mezzanine floor rooms was excessive. I could hear every door opening and closing.
